From the moment I arrived at Karen’s door, I was welcomed into her loving embrace- as though I was an old friend     .

Karen embodies presence- seeing, witnessing, and celebrating you- as you are in each moment.

As the meditation began, I felt my body soften into the mat, with each guided breath, my mind relaxed and i was guided by crystal sound and her voice into another dimension ~another place and time.

On this day, I awakened to an ancient remembering of my cosmic nature. One I will never forget.

Karen has walked beside me as a teacher, mentor, and confidant from the very beginning of my spiritual remembering and continues to support me as I too continue on this path of empowerment, sovereignty, and conscious evolution.

I’ve had the honor to work alongside Karen as co-creators and co~ facilitators of workshops, classes, and other creative endeavours. She has come to be one of my dearest and cherished friends.

Karen is a woman who walks her talk.

She is a wise woman grounded in self awareness and integrity.

A woman who is devoted to her own healing and conscious evolution, while remaining dedicated to supporting and empowering those who meet her on their path of healing.

She helped me understand where my thoughts and feelings come from, and how to turn past experiences into strengths.  She just intuitively knows what questions to ask and helps you uncover the answers through your own reflections. I have known Karen for many years and have watched her grow spiritually to where she is today, she is the kindest and such a gentle soul with such compassion for helping people on their own healing journeys, she has helped me so many times over the years but recently i went through some health issues and as usual she was there for me using sound therapy and more, through out my healing Karen has made me many individualized meditations that helped me work through  each  stage of my healing journey.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Karen Jones has honestly changed my families life. We first met while I was attending one of her Light Language mediations, which was just absolutely incredible and breath taking.

I then learnt about her coaching  and that’s when she started working with our 9 year old son. Karen started coaching him and helping us learn different ways and tools to help him with his anxiety. She has honestly helped us learn and understand so many different techniques to help and over come some of these anxiety’s. She is kind and compassionate, gentle and understanding. We have never ever felt so comfortable around someone.

Karen also created my Husband & myself custom meditations which are really beautiful and magical.

As my coach, she has helped me to break through emotional barriers and create such deep awareness that has helped to propel me forward in my own personal healing journey.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  When I met Karen I was really struggling with who I was, what I wanted in my life and my self worth/value were non-existent.  While appearing that all was ok to the world, I was in a very sad and unhappy place.  With kindness and compassion Karen has helped me identify my triggers and helped me learn to love and care for myself (easier said than done!).  I have learned so much! She has amazing insight and seems to intuitively know what questions to ask to help me do a deep dive into identifying what I am feeling and why.  Karen guides me through the uncomfortable feelings without judgement and is my biggest cheerleader with every discovery I make .  She is always available by phone and text if I am struggling with something or just have a question and I love the meditations she has created for me!!

I’ve worked with Karen for 6 months and my life has changed.  I have changed!  I know I am doing the work but I would not have gotten this far without Karen’s guidance, understanding and patience.
